1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qk55 ("qk55", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the qk55 website located at qk55.pro, including all sub-pages, services, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered therein.

By completing the qk55 registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing any page of the qk55 website, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or bonus conditions that qk55 may publish from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the promotional document shall take precedence only in respect of that specific promotion.

qk55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Continued use of qk55 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use qk55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing qk55 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from qk55 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not been declared legally incompetent or placed under guardianship.

qk55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Until satisfactory verification is provided, qk55 may suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality.

Where qk55 determines, at any point, that a Player was underage at the time of registration or during the use of the Platform, qk55 will void all bets placed during that period, close the account, and return net deposits after deducting any winnings accrued. Any remaining net deposit balance may be refunded to the original payment method.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one qk55 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. qk55 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qk55 login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is deemed your responsibility unless you have notified qk55 of a security breach in advance of the activity occurring.

qk55 accounts are for personal, recreational use only. Using your account for commercial gambling operations, acting as a payment intermediary for third parties, or operating a betting syndicate through your account is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on qk55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). qk55 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on qk55:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your qk55 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours of request submission, subject to completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by qk55 compliance.
• qk55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a third-party's JazzCash wallet, bank account, or EasyPaisa account to fund your qk55 balance is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending an investigation.

qk55 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be flagged for review. qk55 reserves the right to hold funds and request source-of-funds documentation where suspicious financial activity is identified.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

qk55 offers various bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Pakistani players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full identity verification unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies "bonus + deposit".
• qk55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, qk55's decision is final.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on qk55 — including cricket match bets, in-play wagers, slot spins, live casino rounds, and crash game rounds — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is only valid once qk55's system has confirmed acceptance and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your wallet balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where a specific "cash out" or "bet edit" feature is explicitly offered.
• qk55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a system error or data feed failure. Players will be notified and the stake refunded.
• In-play cricket betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are settled based on the final result of the market unless a void condition applies.
• PSL, ICC, and all other cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. No account will be taken of any subsequent amendments unless the official body itself reverses or corrects the result.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• RNG-powered games (slots, crash games) use certified random number generation. Results are final and cannot be challenged on the basis of perceived unfairness.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qk55. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one qk55 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using qk55 for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the qk55 platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the qk55 platform or its users.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing qk55 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

qk55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Pakistani players. The following tools are available to all registered players via account settings after qk55 login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PKR you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the qk55 platform — including but not limited to the qk55 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, code, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of qk55 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use qk55 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any qk55 content without prior written consent from qk55.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qk55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or revenue arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or market voids.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of qk55.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption to service caused by circumstances beyond qk55's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, data centre failures, or acts of government.

qk55's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposit balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Termination

You may close your qk55 account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding verified balance (after deducting any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated PKR payment method within 5 business days.

qk55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• qk55 suspects fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity on your account.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.
• qk55 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• qk55 decides to cease offering services in your jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. qk55 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the Player via their registered email address.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which qk55 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of qk55, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body specified in qk55's licensing terms. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14 Amendments to These Terms

qk55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — qk55 will endeavour to notify you via your registered email address or via an in-platform notification at the time of your next qk55 login.

Your continued use of qk55 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using qk55 and may request account closure by contacting support.
